Announcing Reimagining Faith and Public Life 2023
What the American founding has to say about faith and public life today
Since 2017 I have been honored to help organize and host Reimagining Faith and Public Life, an annual series featuring big names at the intersection of Christianity, politics, and American culture. Previous speakers have ranged from Rod Dreher and David French to Jemar Tisby and Kristin Kobes du Mez.
This year, I am thrilled to announce Reimagining Faith and Public Life 2023 will feature the award-winning authors and scholars Robert Tracy McKenzie and Mark David Hall for a discussion about faith, the American founding, and Christianity and public life today.
Tracy is a professor at Wheaton College and the author of We the Fallen People: The Founders and the Future of American Democracy. Mark is a professor at Regent University and the author of Proclaim Liberty Throughout All the Land: How Christianity Has Advanced Freedom and Equality for All Americans.
RFPL 2023 will be Thursday, September 14 at 7pm at John Brown University. I’ll share more information about this event in the weeks ahead. Until then, you can find the basic details here. If you’re in the vicinity of Northwest Arkansas, I hope you’ll make plans to come by!
